1. Number of Adults you are booking
2. Number of Children you are booking
3. Names of Adults and Children you are booking
4. The team that you are supporting
5. If known you arrival date and place of stay if you have booked this through Millennium Travel

The cost is 20,400vt which can be paid in cash only on arrival
